Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your subscription you need to:

1) Log into your account.

2) Click on 'Subscription'.

3) At the bottom of the page, click on 'Cancel Subscription'.

To have your customer account completely removed, email with your username.

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable for the month of cancellation. You must cancel at least two (2) business days before the next billing cycle. If you choose this option, your subscription and auto-payment will expire 30 days from the last payment. You may continue to use your subscription during that time period. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your auto-renewal will not be refunded.

Refunds for one-time purchased products/packages:

One-time purchased products/packages are non-refundable.
